Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipping rates & delivery

Our estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Boxes

T&Gnaturaltouch ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories to include P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

T&Gnaturaltouch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage

T&Gnaturaltouch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S

Due to the nature of the products we offer, we are unable to accept returns.
Are you within the 3-day time frame from when your order was received? If yes, move to Step 2. If no, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.
Was your item on sale or purchased using a discount code? If no, move to Step 3. If yes, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.

Email [email protected] with your name, order number, and your reason for requesting a store credit.

Wait patiently for an email reply. Please allow up to 72 hours for a refund authorization email.

We will email you your store credit redemption info within 5-7 business days.

THINGS TO KNOW:

T&Gnaturaltouch Co. does not accept returns.

We will not process requests for store credits submitted after 3 days from receiving your order.

Sale items and/or items purchased using discount/promo code are final sale.

You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at tgnaturaltouch.com, and it NEVER expires.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.

T&Gnaturaltouch will ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT. No exchange or refunds. No exceptions

WAS YOUR ORDER SENT BACK TO US BY THE SHIPPING COURIER?

In the event your package is refused by you at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
